Effectively dealing with employee relations situations is a rite of passage for most HR professionals, but sometimes even very skilled practitioners come across a situation that makes them raise an eyebrow. As a department of one, you don’t have the luxury of having an entire in-house team to help you solve these unique situations, so we’ve talked to HR professionals across the country to come up with solutions and expert advice. In this entertaining session, you’ll hear these stories, as well as learn practical tips for dealing with these interesting scenarios.

Learning Objectives:

  • A model for systematically approaching employee relations issues.
  • Effective strategies for solving sample employee relations situations.
  • When it makes sense to involve legal counsel.
